Persian Red (TCF™) is made by Swarovski using Thermal Color Fusion (TCF™) technology.  TCF™ is an innovative color technology that infuses the surface of crystals with a hard ceramic layer which creates the color of the crystal. It is a special chemical heat treatment that is durable, permanent and resistant offering the same properties of all other Swarovski crystal colors.
