This page outlines HARMAN’s shipping and returns policies for wholesale orders. Below you will find information on order processing, shipping methods and delivery options, additional shipping policies (including international shipments), and return eligibility and procedures.

Shipping

All orders ship via UPS Ground, USPS Advantage, or USPS Priority unless otherwise explicitly requested by the customer.

To qualify for same-day shipping (Monday–Friday), orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day.

Please note that exclusions may apply, especially for large orders or during high-volume processing times. To confirm same-day shipping, please contact us directly.

UPS delivery charges are calculated based on shipping method, package weight, declared value, and destination ZIP/postal code.

Please note that USPS First-Class Mail International service is not offered. Due to extended delivery times and a high volume of lost or damaged package claims associated with this service, we have chosen not to offer it for international shipments.


Additional Shipping Policies

International shipments: We gladly ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges associated with their shipment. For more details, see: International Shipping.

Shipping freight collect: We can ship on your FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number. If a provided account number is invalid or unbillable, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges plus a $25.00 service and re-processing fee. Unfortunately, we do not offer FedEx Ground service due to additional fees charged by FedEx.

Backorders: Backorders, when shipped, will incur additional shipping costs.

Lost shipments: If a package is lost, all claims must be made through HARMAN and our shipping insurance carrier, and we will replace the lost shipment. If a package is shipped using a customer-provided UPS or FedEx account number or provided label through any carrier, HARMAN is not responsible for insurance on those shipments and claims must be made through the customer’s carrier account or insurance.

HARMAN is not responsible for lost or missing packages sent to a shipping address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, we can re-ship it to the corrected address; re-shipment charges will apply.

Free shipping conditions: From time to time, we may offer free shipping. Free shipping terms and conditions may include: excludes backorders and drop shipments; applies to the United States only; maximum weight 25 lbs; COD shipments incur a $15.50 tag fee; shipping method is UPS Ground or USPS at HARMAN’s discretion; and the offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Any additional conditions will be stated at the time of the offer.


Returns

Returns Policy – Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Return Authorization Number (RA#)?

Yes. All returns must be authorized in advance. Customers must contact our office to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns submitted without an RA# will not be accepted.

How long do I have to return merchandise?

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are issued as in-house credit only. In-house credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Do you issue refunds?

No. HARMAN does not issue cash refunds.

What if the return is due to HARMAN's error?

If merchandise is returned due to an error on our part, the return will be accepted without a restocking fee.

What items are not eligible for return?

Opened sealed crystal packages, partial packages, packages that have been marked, custom cut items (including rhinestone banding), special order items, clearance merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return, items purchased on a promotion that indicated "final sale".

What are the packaging and labeling requirements for returns?

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, in original condition (including unmarked), and undamaged. Merchandise must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Credit will not be issued for items that are returned damaged. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with the return.

The Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box and included on the paperwork inside the package. Returns that are not properly labeled with an RA# may not be able to be applied to your account properly .

What shipping method should I use for returns?

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking. HARMAN is not responsible for lost return shipments.
