All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority unless otherwise explicitly stated by the customer. To qualify for same day shipping (Monday-Friday), orders must be placed before 2 p.m EST. Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on a weekend or holiday will ship the following business day. (Please note that some exclusions may apply, especially with large orders or high volume processing times. UPS delivery charges are calculated based on the method of shipping, the weight of the package, the value and the zip code to where it is being shipped.

Additional Shipping Notes:
International Shipments: We gladly ship internationally. However, the international customer is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the shipment.
Shipping Freight Collect: We will be happy to ship on your Fed-Ex, UPS or DHL account number. However, if this account number is then deemed to be invalid or un-billable, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, plus an additional $20.00 service & re-processing fee. (Unfortunately, we do not offer Fed-Ex Ground service due to additional fees charged by Fed-Ex.)
Free Shipping Conditions: From time to time we may offer free shipping to our customers. Terms and conditions associated with free shipping are: Excludes backorders and drop shipments. Offer applies to the United States ONLY. Max weight: 25lbs. COD Shipments will incur a $15.50 tag fee. Shipping method either UPS Ground or USPS at HARMAN’s discretion. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
Any other conditions will be noted at the time of the offer.
Lost Shipments: If a package is lost, all claims must be made through HARMAN and our shipping insurance carrier. We will gladly replace the lost shipment. If a package is lost that was shipped on a customer UPS or Fed-EX Account number, HARMAN is not responsible for insurance on these shipments. All claims must be made through the customer's insurance.
*HARMAN is no responsible for lost or missing packages that are sent to a shipping address that was provided to us by the customer. If the package is returned to us we will happily reship it for you to the correct address, with an charge for the re-shipment.
If you have special shipping requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
HARMAN will only accept AUTHORIZED returns.
All returns must be made within 30 days of date of receipt of merchandise. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are for in house credit only and valid for one year or they will be forfeited. If you are returning something due to our error, of course we will accept it without the restocking fee. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
*IMPORTANT*: All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, original condition and undamaged. Please note that once sealed Swarovski® or Preciosa® packages have been opened, they cannot be returned. Additionally there are no returns on partial Swarovski® packages, matted, custom cut items (such as rhinestone banding), or items special ordered specifically for you. Returns will not be accepted for CLEARANCE merchandise, these are all FINAL SALE.
How to Return Merchandise:
Please call our office before returning any merchandise so we can issue you an RA#. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
Package your merchandise well. We will not issue credit to merchandise that is returned to us damaged.
We recommend you send your return though a shipping method where you can track your shipment. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Please note the Return Authorization Number (RA#) you are given on the box as well as the paperwork inside the box.
Please include an itemized list of merchandise returning and reason for return.
