The 4120 Oval Swarovski Fancy Stone is a classic crystal featuring a precise faceting pattern, resulting in a finely designed crystal with stunning brilliance. The center of the stone is flat, while the sides have a traditional faceting. It has a cushioned back (not flat). It features a highly resistant and durable foiling, with the exception of Jet, Jet Hematite, any colors noted as being "Unfoiled" or Lacquer colors.

The Oval Fancy Stone can be glued into adapted cavities or onto flat surfaces, sewn on when placed into sew-on settings, or soldered when in settings.
