The 4390 Mirage Pear STAR BRIGHT Fancy Stone is a classic pear shape with modern amenities. This reinterpretation of the classic pear gemstone shape, features a lower stone height of approximately 20% compared to traditional pear fancy stones and combines pressed facets with cut facets on the back of the stone in order to achieve the stone height reduction without compromising on brilliance.

It has a cushioned back (not flat) so it can be easily set in castings, clay or settings (for sew on application or soldering).

These stones are consistent in color, coatings and size. They feature a highly resistant and durable foiling which not only enhances the stone's sparkle but also acts as an additional bonding agent for glue for secure application. (The foiling applies for all colors EXCEPT for: Jet, Jet Hematite, Lacquer colors or any colors noted as being "Unfoiled")

These stones are primarily used in jewelry and are set in either castings or settings.
