Designed to be used with standard or thin fabric, rim settings are to be used with a standard round flatback rhinestones. They can be used with the corresponding size of any of the leading crystal rhinestone brands. When using a rim setting, the rim itself shows and goes around the edge of the crystal. The prongs are folded and hidden on the other side of the fabric.
