Preciosa MAXIMA chatons, are Preciosa's high end line of round stones for jewelry design and manufacturing. Never before have crystal stones been so close in brilliance and beauty to true diamonds. These pointed back round stones are made with Preciosa's patented Hi-Pure Crystal technology with an original patented 15-facet cut which is foiled with their innovative Dura-Foiling layer (except for select opaque colors), making it even more resistant to chemicals and environmental conditions.

The MAXIMA line of chatons is deemed to be Preciosa's highest quality due to some some unique features:

2x better light distribution, when compared to a standard 8-facet chaton
2x more frequent scintillation with intense fire effects, when compared to a standard 8-facet chaton
