Members of the Har-Man Team recently attended Swarovski’s Fall/Winter 2015-16 launch party in New York City. Held at Apella, the event provided the perfect opportunity to connect with other designers and jewelry professionals, while learning more about market trends and the newest additions to Swarovski’s product line.

Prior to the main presentation, guests were treated to a cocktail hour featuring a mini-exhibition with stunning pieces designed using crystals from Swarovski’s Fall/Winter launch. Our team took just a few photos to share with you. :-)

Ralph Weinberger, head of global design trends for Swarovski, unveiled the Fall/Winter 2015-16 collection – “Secrets of the Soul” – during the main presentation. He also shared his thoughts on what trends to look for during the upcoming year. While technology still plays a dominant role in society, Weinberger sees a growing desire to step away from digital devices in favor of real life connections. Fashion and jewelry designers are embracing individualism in their designs – the result being a renewed emphasis on creativity and letting go of perfectionism.

“Secrets of the Soul” revolves around four characteristic moods ranging from joyful and child-like (The Art of Expression) to darkly romantic (The Darkness of Desire), to the sensuous (The Seduction of Touch) and the tranquil (The Stillness Within).  Smoky Mauve, Crystal Paradise Shine and Crystal Iridescent Purple Pearl – the newest additions to Swarovski’s extensive color palette – expertly captures the essence of the Fall/Winter launch. Of course, there are plenty of new styles to ignite your creativity as well. New offerings include the Vision Designer Edition, Starlet and Curvy Flatbacks, Cross and Arrow Beads, and Queen and Sun Pendants. Visit our website to view the entire collection now.
