The SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS  #2006 Rivoli Rhinestone has a flat back, but comes to a point in the center of the stone with facets around the entire stone.  This flatback stone has foiling on the back for gluing.  It is available in 10mm, 12mm, 14mm and 16mm in crystal and crystal/ab only.
